If you want to book an appointment, all you need to do is click on the link above, which will take you to our online booking site hosted by Jane App. They strictly follow the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) to ensure that your personal information remains safe and private at all times.
Once you have created an account, you can easily manage your appointments at your convenience. You will be able to view your past and upcoming appointments, check your account balance, and make payments whenever you want. By adding your credit card to your account, you can make invoice payments even faster and more convenient. For even greater convenience, you can add your insurance provider details for direct billing. If you are unable to access the booking site or prefer to speak to someone who can assist you, give us a call, and we will find an appointment that best suits your schedule.
We kindly request that you provide us with a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. This will help us maintain efficiency and reduce waitlist times. If you need to reschedule an appointment within 48 hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that if you cancel an appointment within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
